I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Steven Ford was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share it. Dealing with this dealership was unnecessarily difficult, unhelpful, and time-consuming from start to finish. I brought my vehicle here because I had purchased it from this same dealership just seven months earlier. After only about 5,000 miles, I was told it needed a new alternator and battery, with no explanation as to why these issues were occurring so soon. When I asked about warranty coverage, it took them over a day to respond, only to tell me they didn't have that information and that I should look into it myself. Unable to afford the repairs, I arranged for their shuttle to pick me up before work so I could retrieve my vehicle. When the shuttle never arrived, I called and learned that they had LOST my car key. Over an hour later, they told me I would need to bring in my spare so they could make a replacement. By then, I had already lost my opportunity to pick up my vehicle before work. With help from a friend, I returned that Saturday and waited 45 minutes, only to be told their key-copying machine wasn't working and I would need to come back another day. When I finally returned Monday, the replacement key fob didn't even work and could only be used manually. They had also performed an oil change without asking for my authorization, which I would not have approved after experiencing their poor quality of service. To make matters worse, one of their shuttle drivers occasionally spent the rides to and from criticizing the dealership and its employees. While the employees weren't particularly rude, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic competence was astonishing. What should have been a straightforward service visit turned into multiple trips, wasted hours, and unnecessary inconveniences because of the dealership's own mistakes. I can't say whether this was simply incompetence or something more concerning, but the experience left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer. I will not be returning to Steven Ford and cannot recommend this dealership to others.
